Our client is a fast-growing B2B market research and executive events organization connecting senior decision-makers with innovative strategies and technologies shaping the future of enterprise business.
They are seeking a highly driven Senior Marketing Strategist to work directly alongside executive leadership and take ownership of marketing strategy across a growing portfolio of B2B events.
This is not a “manage agencies from a distance” type of role, this is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who loves building campaigns, testing ideas, analyzing performance, and making a direct impact on business growth.
Even more exciting: this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position with the opportunity to build and manage a marketing team as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and execution for event and portfolio marketing campaigns
Drive demand generation, lead generation, and database growth initiatives
Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and marketing metrics to optimize results
Create compelling marketing copy, campaign content, and website updates
Manage social media strategy and external vendor/channel partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and customer success teams
Identify new growth opportunities, marketing innovations, and campaign strategies
Over time, help build and lead a growing marketing function
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B conference/event marketing experience
Strong hands‑on campaign execution experience with measurable results
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously
Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Leadership potential or prior people management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
