Fiduciary Trust International is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager to join our New York relationship management team. You will serve as one of the clients’ main points of contact and have responsibility to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Client Education And Mentoring
Works with clients to identify goals and objectives, including income needs, transfer of wealth, retirement planning etc.
Engages with Portfolio Managers on measuring corresponding family risks.
Coordinates and facilitates family meetings, understands family dynamics and works across multi generations.

Life Stage Planning
Coordinate gift and estate planning strategies with all advisors
Provide advice for philanthropic planning and implementation of charitable strategies, and provide advice for retirement planning

Liquidity Analysis
Budgeting and cash flow management
Capital gains / losses figures and carryover implications
Preparation of a balance sheet, including outside assets
Create lifestyle analysis, ad-hoc analysis as requested

Tax Planning
Coordination with Tax Accountants / Consultants. Coordinate and discuss annual gifting to individuals and charities. Develop strategies to maximize after tax returns.

Estate Planning
Prepare and discuss benefits of GRAT’s, QPRT’s, CLUT’s and CRUT’s. Prepare and discuss estate flow charts

Investment Management
Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to ensure proper client asset allocation. Plan exit strategy for concentrated positions

Insurance Review
Partner with Insurance experts to review client’s needs

Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in a Relationship Management role; must have client facing experience within the financial services industry
CFP or CTFA preferred
Trust Administration knowledge required
Tax background optional (and helpful)

Additional Qualifications
Proven ability to manage large and complex accounts independently, with limited oversight
Trust Administration background and knowledge preferred; ability to review and interpret trust language
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and build new client relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
Ability to practice good judgment while making important client and business decisions
Ability to network and represent the company at professional and business functions
Strong team-player orientation
Ability to travel to various FTI offices and client locations

We expect the base salary for this position to range between $180,000 - $250,000, depending on level of relevant experience, plus bonus.
