Budgeted Department: Brand Marketing/ 7710. Reports To Title: Brand Marketing Senior Manager. Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt. Pay Range: $31.97/hr - $39.18/hr.

The Marketing Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in managing project resources and facilitating communication among our creative and marketing teams. You will maintain the flow of projects, coordinating request intakes and keeping timelines transparent among all involved stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Traffic, Intake & Resource Allocation
Oversee the intake and priority management of marketing and creative requests.
Manage resource allocation for the Brand Marketing team, including designers and interns.
Update team availability and workload assignments in collaboration with Program and Senior Managers.
Translate creative briefs into defined timelines and resource plans.
Forecast resource requirements based on marketing calendars and team capacity.
Assign project coordinators effectively according to project scope and timelines.
Coordinate the scheduling of freelance and vendor support as necessary.
Manage inventory of equipment and its allocation.
Art Traffic & Workflow Coordination
Collaborate with the Art Director to assign projects based on skills and availability.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Facilitate ongoing status meetings to resolve project bottlenecks.
Align project priorities and timing with program managers and marketing leads.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Serve as the central communication link among Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other internal teams.
Engage with external vendor partners to ensure alignment.
Lead discussions for prioritization when resource demands exceed capacity.
Identify and address potential issues and capacity gaps proactively.
Effectively communicate project statuses and readiness for campaign launches.
Process, Tools & Optimization
Enhance and maintain workflow management tools and systems.
Ensure that documentation and processes are clear, consistent, and accessible to all teams.
Discover opportunities to streamline operations for better efficiency.
Assist in additional Brand Marketing initiatives as required.
Reporting & Insights
Track project throughput, turnaround times, and delivery performance.
Offer insights to leadership for effective planning and resource allocation.
Support marketing strategies with data-informed forecasts.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
Understanding of creative production and retail marketing workflows.
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Organizational and analytical skills combined with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to maintain a composed and solution-oriented demeanor under pressure.
Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, Airtable, Basecamp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Self-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and organized with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Background in working with in-house marketing teams or creative agencies.
Understanding of campaign planning and cross-department collaboration.
Knowledge of action sports, streetwear, or youth culture.
A collaborative mindset supporting creative excellence.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to use hands, reach with arms, and communicate verbally; extensive sitting and computer use involved.
May occasionally lift/move items up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment
Standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
