Job Duties:

Plan and direct the development of long‑term strategic plans to enhance the company’s relationship with its patients, medical providers and insurance.

Oversee the day‑to‑day management of patient accounts.

Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team provides exceptional‑patient support.

Ensure that al patients’ queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Monitor and review family of the patients' satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.

Act as a trusted advisor to the company by offering expertise and guidance on industry best practices to serve a wide range of patients and medical professionals.

Identify opportunities to expand or renew patient contracts and increase medical professional referrals.

Assess and analyze the company’s business needs, goals, and objectives to better serve the patients and medical professionals.

Provide tailored solutions or service programs that meet patients’ needs and the medical professionals’ requirements.

Maintain strong communication channels with patients, insurance providers and medical professionals to understand their needs and expectations.

Work and coordinate with other departments like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure clients’ needs are met.

Resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise among the medical providers, insurance and the company.

Create solutions to patients’ challenges and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Strengthen and maintain good relations with our patients through regular servicing and organizing patient-family functions.

Qualifications Needed:

Master’s degree in Communications/ PR or equivalent. (Bach + 5yrs exp)
