Our Donor Ministries team has an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join the team in North Wilkesboro, NC. In this role, you will connect with and encourage a portfolio of partners across the United States through personalized communication and prayer. These meaningful partnerships help facilitate the ongoing funding of Samaritan's Purse.

Responsibilities

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and act as a consistent witness.

Acquire and maintain organizational and program knowledge to represent Samaritan's Purse globally.

Create and implement a personalized engagement plan using phone, email, printed materials, and media according to each partner’s preferred mode and frequency.

Provide ongoing updates to partners, including mid‑year and end‑of‑year reports that show the impact of their giving.

Minister to partners spiritually, encouraging them in their walk with the Lord and incorporating principles of Biblical stewardship and generosity.

Provide oversight and management of the mid‑major partner segment within the assigned region, including thanking unassigned partners and analyzing mid‑major partner activity.

Collaborate with Regional Directors, Regional Assistant Directors, Legacy‑Giving staff, and other members of Donor Ministries to care for or seamlessly transfer partner relationships.

Manage database information for all partners, documenting contacts and reporting on activities and results.

Provide incoming phone coverage during periods of increased activity such as seasonal spikes, disaster response, Operation Christmas Child, and other special ministry events.

Follow all policies and procedures of Samaritan's Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual.

Attend daily morning devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry, donors, and volunteers.

Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public.

Conduct work consistently with the Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Christian Code of Conduct, Statement of Fidelity, and Distinct Objectives of Samaritan's Purse.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with four years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer and database proficiency.

12 credit hours of college‑level Biblical Studies strongly preferred.

Type: Full‑Time

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required)

Travel Expectations: 5–10 days annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary.
