Digital Marketer

PH Wellness is hiring a results-driven digital marketer for our drug & alcohol treatment programs. This role is hands-on and compliance-heavy: you must know how to scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads in the rehab space while protecting the account and improving qualified admissions. We are hiring a direct hire person who is interested in scaling with our rapidly growing + Google healthcare policy compliance for drug/alcohol rehab advertising (required).
Google Ads (Search) with high-intent keyword strategy, negatives, query mining, and landing-page message match. Call tracking + call scoring/QA; improving qualified call rate (not just volume). Landing page CRO (conversion rate optimization): testing, speed/UX improvements, and funnel refinement. CRM integration + lead flow: Salesforce and/or Kipu (lead routing, lifecycle stages, data hygiene).
Location: South Florida, hybrid, remote - all OK! Type: Full-time
