Our client is seeking an experienced communications professional to support internal and external communications initiatives across employee engagement, corporate messaging, newsletters, intranet content, and leadership events. This role partners closely with HR, Facilities, IT, PR, and global communications teams to deliver clear, engaging, and brand-aligned communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end internal communications across HR initiatives, employee updates, facilities, and business continuity messaging
- Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters, intranet content, employee communications, and executive messaging
- Partner with HR, PR, IT, Facilities, Employee Resource Groups, and global teams to ensure timely and consistent communications
- Maintain and update SharePoint/intranet content, editorial calendars, and shared communication repositories
- Support multimedia and visual content creation, including newsletters, banners, presentations, video editing, and event photography
- Provide onsite communications support for leadership events, town halls, teleprompter management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure all communications align with corporate branding and approved messaging standards
- Assist with external communications, including LinkedIn content and website updates
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or related fields
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a clear and engaging communication style
- Experience managing newsletters, intranet platforms, and digital communications (SharePoint preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across communications
