Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing within a large financial institution
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital content strategies across multiple channels (web, email, social, video, audio)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to grammar and detail
- Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments, including compliance and legal review processes
- Proficiency with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to content optimization
