Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in content marketing within a large financial institution
Proven ability to develop and execute digital content strategies across multiple channels (web, email, social, video, audio)
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to grammar and detail
Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments, including compliance and legal review processes
Proficiency with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to content optimization

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and seniority levels

Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation is a plus
