Based in Sarasota, we represent world-class brands across speakers, amplifiers, turntables, digital sources, and cables, and we’re known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and unforgettable listening sessions.


We’re hiring an experienced Content Creator & Social Media Manager who will serve as the on-camera face of Suncoast Audio across our social platforms. This is a hands-on, studio-based role for someone who is confident presenting on camera, can own a production workflow end-to-end, and can consistently deliver content that meets performance goals.


What This Role Really Is

You will be the primary on-screen personality for our brand on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram—creating videos featuring yourself and our products. You will be responsible for our in-house studio, producing weekly content, and owning a content calendar designed to close gaps in our current content strategy. This role includes clear monthly output and performance expectations, tracked through defined KPIs, under the supervision of our Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the on-camera host and representative of Suncoast Audio across social media
  • Own and maintain our studio content workflow (setup, organization, filming readiness, equipment care)
  • Create and manage a content calendar across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram that aligns with business goals and targets current content gaps
  • Plan, script, film, and edit weekly content, including:
  • Unboxings and first impressions
  • Product reviews and gear features
  • Comparison videos (one product vs. another)
  • TikTok Shop-style content and short-form product clips
  • Educational content, behind-the-scenes, and trend-driven videos
  • Publish content consistently and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual style
  • Track performance and report on results; optimize content based on analytics
  • Meet monthly KPI targets (e.g., content volume, engagement, views, conversions) under marketing leadership
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports current campaigns and priorities


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and social media for brands, media, or e-commerce
  • A strong portfolio/reel with on-camera video content (YouTube/TikTok/Reels), ideally product-focused
  • Confident presenter with polished communication and a strong, engaging on-camera presence
  • Experience creating short-form content optimized for conversion (TikTok/Reels; TikTok Shop experience is a plus)
  • Strong skills in video production (audio, lighting, composition) and editing
  • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop preferred
  • Highly organized and reliable: comfortable managing schedules, deadlines, and production workflows
  • Familiarity with social media management/scheduling tools and analytics
  • Passion for hi-fi/luxury audio is a major plus (we will train you on gear—curiosity and initiative matter)
