Job description:
We are looking for a bright, can-do individual to join our e-Commerce team. The successful candidate will be ready and willing to learn, analyze, and apply what they learn to E-commerce operations and our digital marketing campaigns. This individual will plan, execute, manage, and analyze day-to-day operations, seasonal promotions, subscriptions, email/txt marketing, customer relationships, content creation, marketing agencies, and report on all facets of the brand website and SNS accounts, assisting the manager.

Keen on digital marketing trends, content-creating, and data-driven, detail-oriented, with a passion for driving sales, optimizing content, and segmenting data. Must have the ability to be a self-starter and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities (Assist or Manage)
- Plan, execute, manage, and analyze the day-to-day operation of the brand website and its sales and social network accounts
- Plan, do, and see the seasonal promotions, and manage the inventories.
- Plan, do, and analyze the SEM strategy and execution.
- Manage social network account activities, create content for supervising agencies.
- Develop email/txt contents aligned to promotional theme or marketing strategies.
- Respond to customer voices day-to-day in cooperation with the agency.
- Manage subscriptions and develop the customer life value programs
- Analyze and report on all facets around the website, the customers, and the social activities to the superior on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 3~5 years of work experience in managing branded websites and social network accounts.
- Strong planning, analytical skills, and ability to create digital contents
- Ability to manage various touchpoints with the customers and relevant people with cross-functional teams with well-trained soft skills.
- Strong project management skills and the proven ability to drive growth momentum
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and the industry landscape.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
- High skills in MS, Shopify, Google Ads/Analytics, Meta/TikTok/Amazon platform, and AI-driven platforms
- Bilingual competence with English and Korean required
- No issue about travel
- Able to drive a car with a license
- Legally able to work in the US.
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics, or related analytics fields)
