- 8+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Proven expertise in scaling customer acquisition and lead generation
- Deep background in performance marketing with ownership of CAC, CPA, CPL, and LTV metrics
- Experience leading internal creative teams
- Strong command of paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, lifecycle marketing, and SEO
- Demonstrated ability to build reporting dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks
- Experience in multi-location or multi-market marketing
- Strong analytical, cross-functional, and data-driven decision-making skills
Director of Creative Marketing (Brand Marketing) Preferred Background & Skills

Director of Creative Marketing (Brand Marketing) Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing performance across all acquisition channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and local media
- Develop and execute strategies to rapidly grow lead volume while improving marketing efficiency
- Build and test creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages for ongoing campaign optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop an in-house marketing and creative team
- Oversee brand strategy and creative production across paid, organic, referral, and retention channels
- Design and improve patient retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, ongoing engagement)
- Develop repeatable marketing playbooks to support new market and clinic launches
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align on growth goals and strategic planning
