Key responsibilities
Manage team workload and assignment flow while supporting project managers and client accounts
Monitor key performance indicators and communicate updates to the management team and clients
Provide performance assessments and foster team growth through training and recognition
Required qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research
At least 2 years of progressive management experience in complex market research operations
5+ years of experience in a business environment with project management expertise
Managerial knowledge of specific departments or functions within the industry
Understanding of relationships between relevant groups within the company
