Your responsibilities include:
Seek out potential healthcare candidates through our advanced platform and your existing network
Engage with potential recruits to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for comprehensive screenings
Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission tied to meetings secured, interviews held, and hires made through your leads
What it takes to excel:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
