Following a year of exceptional growth, we are expanding our creative and marketing teams and looking for a Senior Copywriter to help shape the voice of the brand across every customer touchpoint.

The Role
RUTI is seeking a strategic, performance-minded Senior Copywriter to join our growing Marketing & Creative team. This role is ideal for a writer who understands how to balance emotionally resonant storytelling with measurable business results.
You will lead the development of compelling, conversion-focused copy across digital, retail, and brand channels while helping evolve and maintain RUTI’s distinctive voice. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical — someone who deeply understands customer psychology, performance marketing, and brand integrity.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Growth, Merchandising, and Ecommerce teams to deliver thoughtful, high-performing messaging that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term customer connection.
Responsibilities
Write high-performing copy across email, SMS, paid and organic social, digital advertising, ecommerce, website, and retail channels
Develop compelling messaging that drives engagement, click-through rate, conversion, and customer retention while maintaining RUTI’s brand voice
Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Growth, Merchandising, and Ecommerce teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
Lead performance-focused copywriting for paid media, landing pages, and acquisition campaigns
Own SEO-informed website copy, including product descriptions, category pages, and editorial content
Translate campaign strategies into customer-centric messaging across all platforms
Analyze performance metrics and optimize messaging based on customer behavior and campaign results
Contribute to the ongoing evolution, consistency, and refinement of the RUTI brand voice
Develop retail-facing copy including in-store signage, brand storytelling, and experiential messaging
Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across channels
Support testing initiatives through A/B copy experimentation and performance analysis
Mentor and provide feedback to junior writers or cross-functional partners when needed
Who You Are
8–10 years of copywriting experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands
Strong background in performance marketing and writing copy that drives measurable business results
Proven experience across email, SMS, paid social, organic social, digital advertising, ecommerce, and website copy
Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention messaging
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content strategy
Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven objectives
Analytical and data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret campaign insights and optimize accordingly
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally across creative and marketing teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
Experience mentoring junior team members or freelancers is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Monday.com is a plus
