You will play a crucial role in driving our growth and increasing sales productivity./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCommunicate with customers via phone, email, and chat./liliProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and plans./liliWork with internal departments to meet customers needs./liliRecording all interactions and relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track progress and facilitate collaboration with other team members./liliManage new leads, perform demos, send quotes, follow-ups, and licensing./liliIdentifying potential customers through research, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other means to generate leads./liliTraveling and representing CaseGuard at conferences across various industries, including law enforcement and government agencies./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli1
