As part of our network expansion, we are looking for reliable and meticulous individuals to conduct customer experience evaluations in Athens.
This freelance role is project-based. Assignments are well-defined, clearly paid, and assigned based on availability and location.
The Role

As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer experiences and provide structured feedback through our digital platform.
Each assignment is clearly outlined and typically lasts 20–30 minutes. This role is ideal for students, young professionals, or anyone seeking a flexible, supplementary activity.
Responsibilities

Select assignments based on availability and location
Visit predetermined locations and evaluate the overall customer experience
Carefully observe elements such as service, environment, and interactions
Evaluate both physical and digital experiences (e.g., follow-up communication)
Submit objective and structured feedback via short online questionnaires
