This is an onsite leadership opportunity for a proven B2B SaaS marketing executive who knows how to build scalable pipeline generation engines and drive measurable revenue growth.

A Day in the Life of the VP of Marketing / Demand Generation
In this executive leadership role, you’ll own the entire demand generation engine, from brand awareness and lead acquisition through pipeline creation and revenue contribution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to drive aggressive company growth goals while building scalable marketing systems that produce measurable business impact.

Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on pipeline and revenue growth
Leading digital marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation
Managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, and marketing operations
Building and optimizing full-funnel marketing programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles
Partnering closely with Sales leadership to align pipeline goals, lead quality metrics, and revenue targets
Owning marketing attribution, forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting
Managing CRM and marketing automation systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms
Collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams on go-to-market initiatives and positioning strategies
Participating in executive leadership planning and company-wide growth initiatives
Continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling successful campaigns and programs

Requirements and Qualifications:
10+ years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS or software environments
Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing including paid media, SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and automation
Proven success building pipeline and driving revenue contribution through marketing initiatives
Experience leading and developing marketing teams within mid-size software organizations
Strong expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong collaboration experience with Sales leadership on pipeline and revenue goals
