divh2Sales Representative/h2pOur client is a 50 plus year old Payroll Processing Company based in Brooklyn, NY./ppPosition is Hybrid at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Most of the territory will be in the NY Metro Market, but you will have the ability to sell within the United States, virtually./ppPlay a pivotal role (HUNTER MENTALITY) in driving revenue growth by prospecting, establishing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, converting prospects into clients, transitioning them to the Client Services Group, and maximizing opportunities to upsell additional services./ppResponsibilities:/pulliIdentify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold/warm outreach strategies./liliCultivate and maintain strong relationships with business owners and C-level executives through regular communication and personalized engagement./liliDeliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services and drive conversions./liliManage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets./liliWork closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment of sales efforts./liliTrack sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and outcomes./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the payroll services or related industry or similar/liliDemonstrated sales acumen, expert in sales processes, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges./liliExcellent computer and organizational skills./li/ulpSalary is between 60K
