Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor on Global Rewards issues for functional and business unit leadership, as well as HR partners.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Talent, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure cohesive compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
Drive alignment across global client groups to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Provide specialized compensation consulting, including leading client groups through global compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, long-term incentives).
Conduct compensation rate reviews for global programs.
Advise on salary adjustments and promotions to ensure alignment with corporate compensation strategies and values.
Serve as an escalation point for complex recruitment compensation inquiries.
Support development and testing strategies for Rewards programs and systems.
Ensure awareness and understanding of compensation structures throughout the organization.
Grant overall approval for Distribution salary ranges.
Provide necessary support for M&A activities.
Offer strategic insights and innovative solutions to meet key business objectives, including market data and trend analysis, identifying future workforce compensation needs, advising on specific rewards requirements and design choices, and collaborating with design teams to provide holistic rewards solutions.
Partner with Employee Success functions and partner organizations to maintain alignment and efficiency.
Provide feedback into Rewards design functions, ensuring business perspectives are integrated.
Engage in external networking to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
Communicate compensation and benefits program changes to key leaders, linking them to strategic priorities.
Offer guidance and education on complex compensation and benefits issues.
Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and strong numerical proficiency.
Focus on leveraging AI in decision-making processes.
Strong influencing skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
Experience supporting diverse client groups, particularly in complex sales structures.
Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and compensation modeling.
Proficiency with tools like Google Docs and Excel.
Effective communication style that is open, honest, and results-driven.
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
Integrity and comfort in ambiguous situations while maintaining high-quality service.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
Sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics.
Curious about diverse work patterns while committed to deadlines.
Preferred Skills

Experience in high-tech industries or fast-paced growth environments.
Familiarity with Workday HRIS, Tableau, and Slack.
High fluency in AI-related tools.

Typical base salary range for this position is $181,700 - $304,700 annually. In certain metropolitan areas, the range is $218,100 - $332,600. This is base salary only, not including bonus or benefits.
