The role is the linchpin between the studio and our clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions

Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & installation.

Use Adobe Illustrator to create design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics, etc.

Use a CRM system to track calls, create estimates, work orders, and billing.

Coordinate between customers, production, and vendors.

Responsible for the quality of all products.

Required Skills

Strong communication and listening skills.

Motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality.

Update social media and newsletters to keep customers informed.

Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and Artificial Intelligence software.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of prior Customer Service experience.

3+ years of Graphic Design experience using Adobe Illustrator.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 per hour.
