The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, curious intern to join the Parks/Flo-Labs marketing team. This is a project-based role. You will own a project from start to finish, shaping strategy, executing tactics, and presenting data-backed results and recommended next steps by the end of your internship.

Skills
Depending on your skills and interests, you will have the opportunity to focus in one or more of the following areas:

Potential Focus Areas

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies and campaigns across key channels; analyze performance and iterate.

Product Marketing: Craft positioning, messaging, and gotomarket materials that communicate product value to key audiences.

Own a project from kickoff to completion, defining scope, executing work, and presenting final findings.

Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy.

Create content, campaigns, or collateral aligned to your focus area.

Track and analyze performance data throughout your project.

Present a final report including data analysis, key learnings, and recommended next steps.

Collaborate across core manufacturing, sales, engineering, service, and regulatory teams.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Curious, selfmotivated, and comfortable working through ambiguity.

Able to work with data and draw basic insights from performance metrics.

Experience with social media, design tools, or marketing platforms is a plus, not a requirement.

What You’ll Walk Away With

A completed, portfolioworthy project with measurable outcomes.

Handson experience in a realworld product marketing environment.

Mentorship from experienced marketing and product professionals.

An understanding of how strategy, data, and creativity come together in gotomarket work.
