Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brockton, MA. As an Advertising Representative, you will develop and manage relationships with advertisers, consult on marketing strategies, and create compelling ad campaigns. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to local businesses, understanding their advertising needs, designing effective solutions, and providing ongoing support. You will also analyze campaign performance and share engagement reports with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills, ensuring exceptional client relationships and effective collaboration

Proficiency in Sales, with a proven ability to identify customer needs and close advertising deals

Experience in Marketing and Advertising, including campaign strategy and execution

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts

Comfortable working in a community-focused environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience with digital advertising platforms or small business marketing is a plus
