Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Supervisor. In this role, the successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day oversight and coordinate activities related to HIV care and prevention services across the network, including HIV testing, linkage to care, and PrEP/PEP services. The incumbent will oversee grant activities, supervise Prevention Navigators, develop new programs, and support HIV testing and prevention across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Provides direct supervision to Prevention Navigators.
Designs, implements, and evaluates network‑wide initiatives to improve HIV testing rates and increase access to PrEP, including staff and provider trainings and dissemination of workflows.
Holds primary responsibility for all aspects of the grant: program design, staff training, quality assurance, budget preparation, and monitoring. Provides consulting to other grant‑funded initiatives.
Maintains a calendar of grant‑related and internal reporting requirements, ensuring timely preparation and submission of reports to funders and the NYC Department of Health.
Conducts regular review of HIV testing logs to ensure data quality and program effectiveness, coordinating competency assessment and staff training needs.
Ensures compliance with internal and external policies, reviewing and updating HIV testing and prevention policies as needed.
Oversees day‑to‑day operations related to HIV prevention, reviews patient charts, testing logs, and lab reports, and coordinates linkage to services.
Manages distribution and reconciliation of patient incentives and MetroCards.
Supports coordination of program events, collaborates with community leaders, participates in meetings with partner agencies, and coordinates supervisee participation in community events such as health fairs and testing events.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; at least 2 years of relevant experience in HIV prevention/care and supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multi‑task and coordinate multiple assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree and experience working with culturally diverse communities, including LGBT populations. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Salary range: $66,299.99 – $82,584.60 annually. Actual salaries depend on various factors. This range does not include bonuses or other compensation.
