Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Business Owners, etc
Educate clients on Country Financial products and recommend solutions that meet their unique needs.
Manage your sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales (within the insurance industry is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
A genuine interest in helping people protect their futures.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
