Dentsply Sirona is looking for a Sales Specialist di apparecchiature digitali who will be responsible for promoting and selling the Suresmile and Digital Impression product lines and providing support to the direct sales force for the promotion of Digital Impression. The role will also involve providing dentists with advice on the correct use of the promoted products, demonstrating their clinical potential and increasing their business volume.
The reference territory is Northeast (Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto).
Responsibilities

Promote and sell the Suresmile and Digital Impression product lines
Plan and execute the sales strategy by seeking new customers
Implement services for the use of the referenced products
Support the direct sales force for the promotion of Digital Impression products
Provide in-person and web-based training, both for internal staff and customers
Provide practical consultations (also on-site), support customers in managing the platform and in sales and post-sales activities
Define, plan, and execute a customer growth experience for its clinical, organizational, communication, and product promotion development
Ensure an excellent customer experience for customers and lead the growth curve in all its implementation phases
Constantly monitor data, results, and follow-up activities
Requirements

Degree in scientific subjects or in the health field
5 years of experience in structured companies promoting high-tech products
Preferred experience in the dental sector, digital orthodontics, fixed orthodontics
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent knowledge of the PC and main computer software
Willingness to travel
Commercial attitude, sales orientation, and customer focus
Ability to work independently and by objectives
Planning, organization, and continuous improvement attitude
Preferred residence in the reference area
