Temporary Transmission Line Engineer

To support the Overhead Transmission Design team, the part-time Temporary Transmission Line Engineer will lead project execution layouts, manage engineering teams, and coordinate with clients while working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.
Key responsibilities

Lead project execution layout and manage engineers, drafters, and designers on engineering projects
Create and maintain project schedules and budgets while conducting regular project meetings
Support resource forecasting and participate in new hire screening and review processes

Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience)
5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering with prior civil design experience
Engineer in Training Certification
Extensive knowledge in PLS-CADD and experience in the design of overhead High Voltage and Extra High Voltage transmission lines
Experience managing projects and leading multi-disciplined teams
