We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow a multi‑state territory across Georgia, Alabama, the southeastern border of South Carolina, and part of the Florida panhandle . This role is ideal for someone comfortable with travel , experienced in field sales , and familiar with operating room (OR) environments .
This position is based in Atlanta or Savannah, GA (or surrounding communities) and offers a strong base salary with uncapped commission .
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow assigned territory through new business development and relationship management
- Travel regularly throughout the Southeast territory to support customers and sales initiatives
- Work within OR environments and understand professional standards, workflows, and expectations
- Build long‑term partnerships and maintain consistent customer communication
- Track activity and performance to support sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience in a field‑based or territory role
- Understanding of OR settings or environments preferred
- Comfortable with frequent travel and managing a large territory
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- $55,000 base salary (non‑negotiable)
- Uncapped commission
- 10% on paid invoices for the first 3 months
- 6% ongoing thereafter
- Expense reimbursement available (per company guidelines)
