Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow a multi‑state territory across Georgia, Alabama, the southeastern border of South Carolina, and part of the Florida panhandle . This role is ideal for someone comfortable with travel , experienced in field sales , and familiar with operating room (OR) environments .

This position is based in Atlanta or Savannah, GA (or surrounding communities) and offers a strong base salary with uncapped commission .

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow assigned territory through new business development and relationship management
  • Travel regularly throughout the Southeast territory to support customers and sales initiatives
  • Work within OR environments and understand professional standards, workflows, and expectations
  • Build long‑term partnerships and maintain consistent customer communication
  • Track activity and performance to support sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience in a field‑based or territory role
  • Understanding of OR settings or environments preferred
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and managing a large territory
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • $55,000 base salary (non‑negotiable)
  • Uncapped commission
  • 10% on paid invoices for the first 3 months
  • 6% ongoing thereafter
  • Expense reimbursement available (per company guidelines)
