We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the performance, optimization, and day-to-day execution of a Shopify storefront for a fast-growing women’s fashion brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to scale a fashion ecommerce business through strong merchandising, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization across the customer journey.
This is a highly cross-functional position partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver a seamless, high-converting online shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day Shopify site performance
- Optimize homepage, collection pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout
- Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel efficiency
- Identify customer journey friction points and implement solutions
- Plan, prioritize, and execute CRO tests and site enhancements
- Manage collection structure, product sequencing, and on-site merchandising
- Ensure best-sellers, seasonal drops, and key campaigns are effectively surfaced
- Maintain accurate, clean, and optimized product pages
- Lead on-site execution for promotions, product drops, and launches
- QA all site updates, campaigns, and integrations prior to launch
- Align landing pages with paid media, email, and SMS initiatives
- Track and report on ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and funnel performance
- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Review customer feedback, returns data, and pain points to improve UX and reduce avoidable support issues
- Own and optimize ecommerce tools, apps, and Shopify integrations
- Ensure site speed, stability, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of ecommerce or DTC experience
- Fashion or apparel experience strongly preferred
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Shopify storefronts
- Proven success improving conversion rate and funnel performance
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters, and data validation
- Highly analytical with strong merchandising and business judgment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and CX
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Los Angeles-based and available to work in‑office
