As strategic partners, our business leaders bring a deep understanding of each client’s business, category, and ambitions, shaping the problems we solve and the opportunities we pursue. They build trusted relationships, guide complex stakeholder dynamics, and create the conditions for bold, effective work to succeed. This means setting clear direction, aligning teams around the right priorities, and ensuring ideas are positioned, sold, and delivered in ways that maximize both creative and commercial impact. Business leaders operate across every stage of the work, from defining the challenge to guiding execution, maintaining a constant pulse on client needs, business performance, and opportunities for growth. Whether leading senior client relationships or supporting day‑to‑day partnership, our business leaders are expected to think holistically, act decisively, and contribute to building enduring client partnerships that drive long‑term value.
How We Engage
- Step 1 — Screener Interview: a conversation with someone from our Talent team to get to know you, understand your background, and make sure we’re aligned on what you’re looking for.
- Step 2 — Department Interview: a deeper conversation with a hiring manager in your area of expertise, where we dig into your work, experience, and how you operate.
- Step 3 — The Decision: once both conversations are done, we make our call. If it’s a fit, we bring you onto the bench.
- Step 4 — Getting Set Up: if there’s an immediate need, we’ll have you complete the necessary paperwork right away to get you set up in our systems; otherwise we’ll reach out when a project comes up.
- Step 5 — We’ll Be In Touch: from there, we’ll reach out when an opportunity aligned with your skills and experience becomes available.

Rates vary based on the scope, duration, and complexity of each engagement, and are grounded in our full‑time salary bands so you know we’re coming to you seriously.
