Background & Position Summary
The role will be part of the US Consumer Cards organization, a market leader in the credit card industry. The applicant will be a day‑to‑day product manager of the Secured Credit Card portfolio, ensuring seamless product operation and relevant customer treatments across all touchpoints. The role will apply a customer‑centric mindset to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and realize these changes in collaboration with cross‑functional partners: Marketing, Digital, Tech, and Customer Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Outline optimal Value customer interactions aligned with portfolio strategy and implement a robust pipeline of improvements across Value customer touchpoints in partnership with Marketing, Digital, Servicing partners.
- Assist with new product development efforts.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for the Secured Credit Card portfolio.
- Lead portfolio compliance with policies and other governance processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of credit card industry and competitor products/services.
- Customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.
- Comfort with analyzing data, identifying trends, and reviewing credit card PnL.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Project management and time‑management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
