We’re seeking a Vice President, Workplace Experience to join our team. The position is located in Boston or NY.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle management by demonstrating expertise in market analysis and product strategy development.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with client expectations, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Drive product innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data‑driven insights to enhance product offerings.
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with BNY’s strategic objectives and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 5‑10 years of experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Base Salary: The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
