We’re seeking a Vice President, Workplace Experience to join our team. The position is located in Boston or NY.

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle management by demonstrating expertise in market analysis and product strategy development.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with client expectations, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills.

Drive product innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data‑driven insights to enhance product offerings.

Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with BNY’s strategic objectives and market opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Typically 5‑10 years of experience.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Base Salary: The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
