Moxy Hotels Portfolio – New York City & South Beach Miami

Ready to lead bold, high-energy hotels in two of the most iconic markets in the country?

Moxy Hotels is seeking a dynamic Area Director of Sales to oversee revenue strategy and sales leadership across our New York City and South Beach Miami portfolio. This is not your traditional DOS role — this is for a strategic, culture-driven rainmaker who knows how to drive topline performance in lifestyle, high-volume, high-ADR urban hotels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire on-property sales teams in NYC and South Beach
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue, ADR, and market share goals
  • Drive group, corporate, entertainment, and lifestyle segment production
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to maximize total hotel performance
  • Build strong relationships with ownership, brand leadership, and key accounts
  • Identify new market opportunities and aggressively grow share in both destinations
  • Coach and develop Directors of Sales and Sales Managers to elevate performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience
  • Multi-property or area sales oversight experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the New York City and/or South Florida markets
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in lifestyle or branded hotels
  • Strong brand experience (Marriott experience a plus)
  • High-energy leadership style aligned with the Moxy culture — bold, playful, results-driven
  • Proactive and DYNAMIC seller - able to close the deal
