Washington Licensed Account Manager

To support risk strategy and client service excellence, the full-time Washington Licensed Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, focusing on client servicing, claims support, and sales growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal partners while managing renewal expectations and timelines
Complete renewal applications, analyze carrier quotations, and prepare professional proposals for client presentations
Assist with mentoring Account Assistants and support additional projects as assigned by leadership

Required qualifications

3+ years of insurance experience
1+ year of experience in an Account Manager role preferred
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages
Experience working in an agency management system
