Neue Schule USA is the exclusive North American distributor of Neue Schule horse bits, specializing in innovative, performance-driven bitting solutions for horses across all disciplines. We work directly with professional riders, trainers, retailers, and equestrians throughout the United States, combining cutting-edge research, horse-first design, and education to help riders reimagine communication with their horse.

Photography & Social Media Intern
Business Operations Intern
These internships are designed to provide students with hands-on, real-world experience within the equestrian industry while working alongside a fast-growing luxury equestrian brand.
Photography & Social Media Internship Ideal for students interested in:
Social media marketing
Photography & videography
Branding & content creation
Digital marketing
Graphic design
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and marketing campaigns
Creating photo/video content featuring products, riders, and horses
Editing reels, graphics, and promotional materials
Supporting sponsored rider partnerships and brand outreach
Assisting with product launches, trade shows, and campaigns
Business Operations Internship Ideal for students interested in:
Business administration
Operations management
E-commerce
Supply chain & logistics
Sales & customer relations
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with order processing and inventory management
Supporting retailer and customer communications
Working with e-commerce platforms and operational systems
Assisting with shipping logistics and product organization
Exposure to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day business operations

This is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about horses, business, marketing, photography, or the equestrian industry and are looking to gain meaningful professional experience in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications Must be a current college or university student
Must be local and able to participate in occasional in-person meetings, content shoots, events, or office visits as needed
Strong interest in the equestrian industry, marketing, business operations, or social media
Students with experience or interest in photography, videography, graphic design, social media management, or content editing are especially encouraged to apply
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
No prior professional experience is required - we are happy to train motivated students who are excited to learn and grow with the company.
