We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead our editorial team and content vision for top-performing English discipline content sites. You’ll manage talented editors and freelance contributors, shape multi-channel content across web, social, video, and podcasts, and drive measurable audience growth in the equestrian space.
This is more than just a content role-it’s a chance to lead creative strategy in a dynamic, horse-centered environment. Ideal candidates are both skilled strategists and hands-on creators who understand what resonates with riders, trainers, and equine enthusiasts.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor editors and freelance writers to deliver engaging, high-quality content.
Develop and execute strategic content plans across digital platforms-web, social media, video, email, and podcasts.
Manage content calendars, workflows, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and on brand.
Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support key initiatives.
Represent the brand across digital channels, podcasts, and webinars as a knowledgeable equestrian voice.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in content management or editorial leadership.
Proven success driving audience growth and engagement across multiple formats.
Proficiency with Google Analytics.
Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with AI tools for content planning.
WordPress experience preferred.
A collaborative, data-driven, and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Horse experience-especially within English disciplines (dressage, hunters, jumpers, or eventing)-is highly desired.
