Title: Marketing Automation Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Deerfield, IL
Type: Contract to hire
Rate: $35-$37/hr
Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot platform administration and operations
- Build and maintain email automations and workflows
- Execute marketing campaigns and scheduled communications
- Manage segmentation and audience targeting
- Maintain email list hygiene and data integrity
- Create and optimize customer journey workflows
- Partner with broader marketing team on campaign execution
- Track/report campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Support social media tracking/reporting inside HubSpot
- Troubleshoot workflow and automation issues
- Participate in weekly marketing campaign planning meetings
- Help stabilize environment during leadership/team transition
