Each Associate Photographer is part of the team responsible for collecting media—virtual tours, floorplans, and photography—for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital cameras, and an iPad.

Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on our leading marketplaces by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.

Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments.

Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Professionally communicate with clients, sales partners, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.

While not on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.

Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment and represent CoStar professionally at all times.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements of Position

Repetitive and frequent sitting and standing in a car for up to 8 hours per day.

Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

Repetitive hand and arm movements required to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.

Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary to perform job functions.

Ability to work and drive during all seasons; available to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience.

Real Estate Photography experience required; experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.

Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.

Strong time‑management skills and highly detail oriented.

Capability to accurately capture and enter data.

Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.

Enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.

Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and pass a satisfactory driving record check.

Compensation
The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance against pre‑determined metrics. The base hourly rate equates to approximately $50,000 annually with potential monthly bonuses.
