We’re hiring a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced sales team. This role combines administrative coordination with reporting and operational support, acting as a key liaison between sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily sales operations and team priorities

Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and account updates

Build and manage reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups)

Assist with forecasting, sales analytics, and performance tracking

Coordinate onboarding, meetings, and sales resources

Serve as point of contact for internal teams and sales support needs

Help resolve system or process issues and improve workflows

Qualifications

2–3+ years in Sales Support, Coordination, or Operations

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Avante, etc.)

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
