What will you do?
You will undertake a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
Advise employers on respondent work
Advise on all levels of tribunal processes, including advocacy where appropriate
Complex discrimination and whistle blowing matters
Work on large scale projects and corporate transactions, due diligence, advise on consultation exercises
Provide ongoing HR and employment support to businesses
What will you need?
To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
Ideally between 2-6 yrs employment law experience
