Salary: GBP 28,000 - 45,000 per annum (basic + uncapped commission, OTE £45,000+ per year).
Our upselling and renewals team is looking for a sales superstar to work with an existing client base. The role focuses on upselling additional subscription packages (e.g., fire risk assessments) to clients who have already purchased our products for at least 1 year. Legal obligations for businesses to maintain fire risk assessments make this a must. The candidate will maintain and grow these relationships, understand client satisfaction, and close additional sales.
Your responsibilities include:
Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, targeting packages typically worth up to £1,000.
Maintain relationships and assess client needs to upsell 2-3 additional subscriptions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
