The Opportunity
Rosin Tech Labs is looking for a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in the New Jersey market and beyond. You will own your territory, build lasting relationships with dispensaries and smoke shops, and represent products that we are genuinely proud of.

The role partners closely with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and a consistently strong customer experience.

This role itself is ideal for a self-motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced industry and is passionate about cannabis and solventless products.

Immediate Impact
Build and manage a growing pipeline of dispensary, retailer, and wholesale accounts across the territory.

Drive new account acquisition with a focus on revenue growth and product penetration.

Represent Rosin Tech Labs at trade shows and industry events throughout the year.

Establish strong account relationships that support long-term retention and upsell opportunities.

What You'll Do
Territory and Account Management
Own your territory, proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads through outreach, networking, and market knowledge.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, keeping them informed of new products, promotions, and inventory.

Conduct product presentations tailored to each account's customer base and needs.

Meet or exceed all KPIs, with emphasis on new account acquisition, revenue growth, and product penetration.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of sales activity, orders, lost business, and account notes in the CRM system.

Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and refine sales strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to internal teams.

Events & Travel
Attend trade shows, industry events, and territory visits throughout the year.

Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

What We're Looking For
Required
3+ years of sales experience.

Demonstrated track record of growing a territory or book of business.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and workload.

Proficient with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Valid driver's license.

Preferred
Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of driving throughout the territory

Extended time on the phone and computer for calls, CRM updates, and communications

Frequent in-person interactions with retail accounts, requiring standing and walking through dispensary or smoke shop environments

Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds (product samples, promotional materials, trade show materials)

Occasional evenings or weekends for trade shows, industry events, or account activations

Ability to work in a variety of environments, including retail floors, warehouses, and outdoor events

Competitive pay: $75,000, with commission, on-target earnings are around $125,000-$140,000
