The Role:
As Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, developing and winning business across key hospital accounts throughout Scotland and the North East.

You will work closely within operating theatre environments, building strong relationships with surgeons, consultants, ODPs, theatre nurses and procurement teams. The role combines account management with new business development, requiring a proactive, consultative approach to increase product usage and drive growth across your territory.

This is a hands‑on, clinically focused role with regular presence in theatre, supporting procedures, demonstrating products and ensuring customers maximise the value of the portfolio. Full product training will be provided, alongside ongoing development and clear progression opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in either surgical sales or clinical, theatre‑based roles

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with clinical stakeholders

Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

Driven, self‑motivated and eager to learn
