Job Responsibilities:
As Vice President/Director, Executive Producer, you’ll lead/direct a full-service production team, working in conjunction with business managers, traffic and post-production capabilities.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Lead a full-service production team while managing an account
- Partner to the Creative/Marketing/PM leads on specific brands
- Evaluate and delegate projects to appropriate producers on their team
- Produce projects
- Manage team’s workload, projects and process
- Mentor and guide less senior producers on their team
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- Four year degree or equivalent industry experience
- 10-12 years in agency production as an agency producer
- Well versed in all aspects of production
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
- Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required
- Deep experience managing cross discipline people in the production industry
- Experience and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production
- Demonstrate leadership, confidence and a positive attitude at all times
- Senior client facing skills integral to position
- Listening, mediating, and issue resolution skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents
- Experience in pitch work - in building a pitch, developing audio/video assets, and participating in client meetings and presentations
- Advanced skills in managing and growing a cross disciplined team
- Must have reel and examples of work
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Benefits
Compensation Range: $129,485.00 - $186,060.00.
