The Role
We’re seeking a driven
Account Director
with a strong background in digital advertising or marketing agencies. This is a hybrid role: managing key client relationships while actively driving new business growth. You’ll hunt for new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and directly contribute to revenue growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead with a hunter mindset — prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Consistently exceed sales targets and performance quotas.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and success teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Help define best practices and sales processes in an early-stage startup setting.
About You
Proven success in new business development — consistently exceeding quotas or revenue goals.
Background in a
digital marketing or advertising agency .
Strong understanding of how advertisers and media teams operate.
Strategic, consultative, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
