VP of Advisor Marketing - Charlotte, NC (On-site)
Location: Charlotte, NC | On-site, 5 days/week
Compensation: $150,000-$175,000 base + Executive Bonus (target total $175K-$215K, Year 1)
We're hiring a VP of Advisor Marketing on behalf of our client - a growing IMO based in the Charlotte, NC area with a 40-person marketing team and a bold growth roadmap.
If you've built and led marketing programs for independent financial advisors (RIAs) - this one's worth a look.

What you bring:
- - 12+ years in marketing, with experience in an RIA, IMO, or advisor-facing organization (required)
- - Proven leadership of multi-functional marketing teams
- - Deep understanding of advisor marketing and independent business growth
- - Strong communicator and presenter - stage-ready and boardroom-ready
What we offer:
- - $150,000-$175,000 base salary
- - Executive variable bonus (25%+ base, uncapped upside)
- - Year 1 target total: $175,000-$215,000
