With clinics operating in the U.S. and Latin America, we are consolidating our clinical and commercial operations under a unified brand and building the infrastructure to match our scientific ambition.


What you will own:


Brand & identity

Lead unified brand development: voice, messaging architecture, and positioning across both markets.


Digital presence

Own the full website rebuild: architecture, content strategy, SEO, and ongoing optimization.


Patient acquisition

Design and execute inbound strategies across digital, content, social, and paid channels.


Analytics & KPIs

Own cost per lead, channel attribution, campaign ROI, and CRM-integrated pipeline reporting.


Campaign execution

Direct the external marketing and PR agency: set strategy, brief, and hold them accountable to results.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership with direct ownership of brand, digital, and lead generation strategy
  • Experience in healthcare, regenerative medicine, cellular therapy, or an adjacent regulated health environment - you understand responsible clinical marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to build or rebuild a brand and marketing function from the ground up
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, and paid acquisition
  • Experience owning and directing an external marketing or PR agency relationship
  • Fluency in marketing analytics and CRM platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable
  • Proven ability to lead a small team while operating as an individual contributor
