We are hiring a Communications & Change Management Specialist for a leading Financial Services client. This role is ideal for professionals with strong business communication, change enablement, and operational coordination experience who can translate complex business and technology concepts into clear, employee-focused content.


Must-Haves

  • Strong writing/editing (corporate communications)

    Job Description:

    • Communications and change management specialist to provide support for enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content.
    • This role translates complex technology and business topics into concise, usable content for employees and leaders.
    • Must have provable successful experience in internal or external communication; strong writing and editing skills; and ability to independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy.
    • The role supports change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement content, requires intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills, basic video editing capabilities, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-visibility, high-expectations environment


    Must Have Qualifications:

    • Ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, experience drafting / developing business communications, creating and updating job aids, and supporting ongoing content updates.
    • Candidate must have change management experience, strong operational coordination / logistics skills, proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • The manager is not looking for a technical writer.
    • Assignment Type: Contract with the opportunity to convert permanent, but not guaranteed
