Director, FIG Media - Charlotte, NC (On-site)
Location: Charlotte, NC | On-site, 5 days/week
Compensation: Up to $150,000 base + Corporate Bonus (up to 12%)
We're hiring a Director of FIG Media on behalf of our client - a growing IMO in the Charlotte, NC area with a dedicated on-site media production studio and a growing roster of financial advisor clients.
If you've built media strategies for small and mid-size businesses - and you know the difference between a campaign for a local RIA versus a national bank - this one's for you.

What you bring:
- - Proven media strategy experience across multiple channels
- - Deep knowledge of small-to-midsize business media production (required)
- - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- - Financial services or advisor-facing experience is a plus
- - Analytical, collaborative, and ready to build
What we offer:
- - Up to $150,000 base salary
- - Corporate variable bonus - up to 12% of base
- - Year 1 total target: up to $168,000
